Xbox 360 crack gamE left 4 dead2?

So a couple weeks i got L4D 2. Then one day i noticed a crack going from the clear part to a little bit in holographic part. So not a very long crack. I cant really return it anymore, so is it still safe to play in my 360? Plz help!
