Is it wrong to brush with ultra-soft toothbrush all the time?

Your tooth brush shouldn't be too soft or too rough because your teeth won't get cleaned enough if it is too soft and if it is too rough it will irritate your gums and sc off enamel possibly, the best is an in between tooth brush
