I am 13 and i think i need a 12 inch golve but can i use that for infield and outfield?

Yes, you can. I am 14 and I have a 12 inch glove too. The highest you should get for infield is 12, you shouldn't go over that. And a 12 inch glove is fine to use in the outfield too.
