My12 year old friend was d by her 18 year old brother and shes only told me& her 2 other friend?

my 12 year friend loretta was d by her 18 year old brother last night, and has only told mr and 3 other girls, but no one else,she told me not to tell anyone,but i told my mom but with out her name. what should we do? She doesn't know if she is pregnant or not,her period is at the end of the month.any answers will be greatly appreciated!!!
