Ok so this guy from alabama is trying to like move in with me i just met him what do i do?

i just met him last night on xbox live and we talked for a while and he taught me some stuff on black ops and he was really sweet but he was suddenly just like wow i like you i want to move in with you you can help me stop being a druggie. and i was like uhhhh errrrr, and i didn't really say anything and i dont want to be mean, he also has suicidal thoughts and depression and bipolar dissorder. he told me that he didn't want me adding any other people to my friends list on xbox live and whenever im in black ops he wants me to be playing with him, i friended him on facebook and hes really not that attractive! help! what do i do! i dont want to be mean because hes suicidal!
