What is this white piece of goop i got out of my ear?

was cleaning out my ear bc ive had a lot of runny dark liquid coming out of my right ear and i pulled the Q-Tip and a chunk of white stuff came with it...what is it? it kinda hurt when it came out...no it wasnt a tube..those have come out when i was younger
