How should I price items at my garage sale?

When people have a garage sales it is usually to get rid of things that are making up clutter. Price everything below $5.00. People dont want to buy them if they are over priced. Also, if it is overpriced the buyers will ask you to lower it. The most i would price for your dishwasher would be $75. If someone really wants if they will ask if you could lower it or figure out what is the lowest you will take for it.
