Caught Chickenpox at 16 need help please!?

Ok im 17 years old and i caught chickenpox, ive been using piriton for the itching also i was advised to use hemroid cream for the itching and was perscribed aciclovir tablets to stop the chicken pox rash and i also use sodium bicarbonate to bath in to dry the spots ive had the rash since sunday but they havent come out in huge blisters yet just lil 1s with a few big 1s, will this get any worse?
