My parents dont let me have black friends over !!?

im a girl btw. anyways i have had latin friends all my life. im in 8th grade now, and i have lots more friends now. my parents have always been racist. i really didnt care but now its starting to really bug me ! i asked her today if my friend (name) could come over next monday and she said "oh who the fck is that ?" and i told her that she has never seen her before. so i told her she was black and she went all up on me. and the stupid thing is that i asked her if my other friend (name) could come over and she said yeah caus she's latin like us. but once i told her about my black friend she completely changed her answer. and she said "ohh i dont know her, her mom, or her family or where she lives". and she said she was gonna think about it. now im like SOO mad cause i actually want to be closer to her but my mom wont even let her come over my house cause she thinks they bad or something. like wtf ! and i already told her that monday im free the whole day and if my mom says no imma get pissed. and i wont even know what to tell her. what do i do ? she lets me have other people expect her, cause shes black ! uqh !
