Annoying neighbor? Help..?

I have this really annoying neighbor.I live in a rural area so its like we're in the country.She shouts obscenities and stupid comments at me when ever she sees me outside.Its like i cant even enjoy my home anymore.Its even affecting my health,high blood pressure,anxiety,u name it. She's been my neighbor for three years and it has been hell. We live next door to my brother also and even they have had to take her to court for this same matter. My question is is that i live with my mother to help her out and drive her around because she can't drive,but the situation has gotten so bad that i'm really thinking of leaving and getting my own house.I've tried to be civil with this girl but lately its been getting very hard.I have left a myriad of things out so you can imagine what i'm going through. Even tried praying for her. What should i do?
