Anyone taken psy statistics? Need heelp for research project!?

Hey can anyone help me? I need a subject to research and make a project out of for my statistics cl. It has to ba a subject that I can find the statistics on. Like for example, I was trying to do "Is Arizona's melanoma rate significantly higher than average?" The only problem was that I can not find any statistics that single out any type of skin cancer. I was also thinking about "Is the shoplifting rate significantly higher this year than average?" But I cannot find anything on this either. Please help, it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. ; )
