Would this shy guy say yes to my prom invitation?

lol. yea, it sounds like he would say yes. you just have to take it upon yourself to ask him. and dont try beating around the bush with him. just go up to him and say "hey, how ya doin? i was wondering if you wanted to go to prom with me." or something like that. it sounds like he likes you, but is to shy to act on it without encouragement from you.
