Why do women whinge so much?

Do girls go into different lessons at school to learn it? or is it something that females develop naturally so that by the time they are women they are masters at it? is it then an inbred instict to go out and marry a man so that they have got something to hone their skills on over the years? as the saying goes "lifes a b*tch and then you marry one" Thank god I can go back to work tomorrow,,,weekends!!!!! bah !!
