Wasn't Victory was obtained in Iraq, the plan was overthrow Saddam and the Stateside Iraqi's would take over?

I saw Stateside Iraqi's on TV saying they'd go back and take over, so why are they still here? We did our part, maybe it's a power game now with the commies backing Iran. Maybe our troops should be pulled back to the oil fields and loading docks and try to get some payment for kicking the guy out of power. Didn't Biden vote for the war also? Just a simple hillbilly here, thought we were ok with the no fly zones..
