Question on question 22 of the I 130?

My husband and I are filling out the I 130 and have come to a stop on question #22. It asks that if your relative in the states and applying for adjustment of status what USCIS office will said person be using. Well i do not qualify for adjustment of status. So in that case it states " if your relative is not eligible for adjustment of status, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American Consular post in:......( blank) I was born in Mexico city but have lived here 22 yrs, How do I know which consular post to write down? Should it be the closest to where I currently live?
