How do I deal with the hopelessness I feel after a Divorce?

I'm deployed in an OEF mission here in the sandbox. My wife is leaving me and I just have this utter feeling of hopelessness... I just don't know how I can handle this. Any thoughts please? some friendly advice would surly go a long way
