Yes. Children are being conditioned to accept the idea that government agents can kill anybody they want to for almost any reason and without being charged or put on trial. To reinforce the idea, the school can place the barbell with the boy's blood still on it, his cracked head x-rays, and a picture of the violent (but relaxed and suntanned) teacher taken in Hawaii in a display case next to the main entrance.
