Any positive pregnancy results due to using EPO, Green Tea, Vitex, Prenatals?

I've just started using these items recently to conceive. My periods are semi regular...I was almost a week late this month and started using Vitex/Chaste Tree which brought on my cycle thank GOD, started EPO the day my cycle started, started drinking Green tea the week before my cycle started and religously taking my prenatals. Has anyone had positive results due to taking any of the above or am I wasting my time and have my hopes up for nothing? Please only helpful answers...also I am experiencing pretty frequent headaches..not sure if this is a side effect...any help is greatly appreciated!!
